Before you visit

Some of the questions we are most frequently asked before visiting Terragust.

Where do the Terragust Experiences take place?

Our experiences take place on different farms within our growing area in Manacor, depending on the season and the produce available. You will receive the exact location by email two days before the experience.

Can you adapt the menu for allergies or intolerances?

Yes. We can adapt our menus for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets, intolerances and different allergies. Please let us know when making your booking so we can prepare everything in advance.

What happens if the weather forecast is unfavourable?

The Terragust Experience usually takes place outdoors. If the weather is not suitable, we may move the experience to another of our farms, where we have a covered greenhouse that allows us to continue enjoying the experience while staying protected from the rain and under the same booking conditions. If Terragust decides to go ahead with the experience and you would prefer to change the date because of the weather forecast, you may move your booking to another available date. In this case, no refund will be issued, as the scheduled experience will still take place.

Can children come?

Yes. Children aged 0 to 2 are free of charge. Children aged 3 to 12 pay €15. From the age of 13, the adult rate applies.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome when the experience takes place outdoors. Dogs are not allowed inside Terragust Degusta.

Is Terragust accessible?

Our outdoor experiences take place along paths and over compacted soil. Terragust Degusta has access ramps and adapted toilets.

When will I receive the location?

You will receive the exact farm location by email two days before the experience. All our farms are located in the Manacor area.
