The produce starts here

Degusta is located on one of our farms, inside a greenhouse surrounded by crops.

Our gastronomy begins with what we have closest to us: fruit and vegetables from our own farms and a selection of products from other producers in Mallorca.

The menu evolves with the seasons because what we find in the fields changes too. The produce sets the pace for what reaches the table.

From crop to plate

Some of the fruit and vegetables used in our dishes grow on the very same farms surrounding Terragust Degusta.

We work with the produce available at each time of year and complement our offering with producers from Mallorca who share our approach to origin and quality.

The fields change with the seasons. So does our gastronomy.

Discover our Botiga before or after your meal

On your way to Degusta, you will pass through our Botiga, where you will find fruit and vegetables from our own farms and a selection of products from Mallorca.

A way to take home some of the products and flavours that are part of Terragust.

From the field straight to your basket

Depending on the season, you can enter our fields and pick some products yourself, such as strawberries, tomatoes or lettuces.

What are the opening hours of Terragust Degusta?
We are open Monday to Saturday, from 09:30 to 16:00.
Can I come for breakfast?
Yes. At Terragust Degusta you can join us for either breakfast or lunch and enjoy our space inside the greenhouse.
Do I need to book?
We recommend booking your table in advance, especially if you would like to come for lunch.

Can you adapt the menu for allergies or intolerances?
Yes. We can adapt different options for allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements. You can let us know when making your booking so we can take it into account in advance, or tell our front-of-house team when you arrive. Whenever possible, we will adapt the offering on the spot.
Can I give Terragust Degusta as a gift?
Yes. You can purchase a gift voucher for any amount you choose and use it for breakfast or lunch at Terragust Degusta. If there is any balance remaining after your visit, it can then be used for purchases in our Botiga.

Can I bring my dog?
Terragust Degusta is located in an indoor space, so dogs are not allowed inside.
